Lea Thompson has spent the last fifteen years working in the Human Resources Field, along with experience in Quality Control and Facility Safety Management. Before this she was working at a local manufacture when a position as a Human Resources Assistant opened. Loving to help people, she decided to go back to school where she received her Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2010.

Since working with JF Contractors she has enjoyed being a part of a smoothly running office. She also values the flexibility JF Contractors provides for her to spend time as a mother, raising two young boys. They love to ask her all about all the new trucks at the office.
